Abstract:
The problem of this brief study revolves around addressing the requirements of application and
the challenges facing knowledge management.in the performance of public administration
functions and the extent to which employees in these institutions, whether public or business
organizations, understand this knowledge management. With the rapid development of
knowledge management, it was necessary for us to clearly point out such challenges that may
lead to the failure of knowledge management and its practice within these organizations. This
research is particularly important in relation to the extent to which public and private
institutions (business organizations) adhere to this management in order to ensure the success
of work and the speed of decision-making. The aim of this research is to identify the dangers
that result from not using knowledge management in an optimal manner, and to identify the
factors of success and failure that affect it and how to overcome them. At the end of the
research, we reached a number of results that we refer to at the end of this brief study. We
mention among them that it appeared during the review of previous studies and research that
was conducted that the lack of knowledge of knowledge management results in many
problems, slow work production, as well as errors in issuing some decisions by managers who
.do not have any information about the impact of this management within their organization
