1. Standard Publication Charges:

  • Libyan Researchers: 500 LYD (for one or two authors).

  • International Researchers: 100 USD.

2. Certificates & Deliverables:

  • Pre-Publication: Authors receive a "Peer-Review Result Notification" immediately upon acceptance.

  • Post-Publication: A "Digital Publication Certificate" is issued in (PDF & JPG) formats after the official issue release.

  • Optional Services: English-language certificates or individual certificates for each co-author can be requested for an additional fee.

  • Hard Copies: Formal review documents and stamped/signed original certificates are available upon request; authors are responsible for DHL express shipping costs.

3. What do these fees cover?

  • Professional management of the peer-review process.

  • Professional linguistic and spelling editing.

  • Indexing in global academic databases.

  • Long-term digital archiving to ensure research accessibility.
